In March 2005, Steve charged my Chase Mastercard for $399 for an upgrade LIFETIME hosting on his new "Xenon servers" which he highly touted. I agreed to upgrade to this upgrade for lifetime service (although I still had 3 years left on our original agreement), because Steve convinced me the servers were better, faster, could host more domains, etc.

My websites began working intermittently in late July, 2005, and by August 8, they became dead completely. On August 10, 2005, I sent the first of several emails to Steve, but he ignored all of them. I tried telephoning him (877-231-9303) several times, but the phone rings, picks up, then disconnects.

August 18, I reported this to Chase Mastecard. They are sending me a dispute form to fill out.
