Mike of Atwood Garage Doors returned my call and we scheduled appointment scheduled for Friday, June 17, 2005. He told me the cost of fixing my garage door would be $87.50.  The windup cable had come off one side.  Mike said he would be here between 9 and 11 AM.  He called at 8:51 AM and said he was on his way and would be here in about 30 minutes.

I have had only 4 hours sleep, because I have to wake up to deal with him.  It is now more than 2 hours since he said he would be here, and he is a no-show.  He has demonstrated complete lack of responsibility, poor business management, and total disregard for me as a customer and a person by depriving me of sleep and my time.  He has not shown up, not even called, and I must now go to work with lack of sleep.  I definitely recommend you do not do business with this company. To date, no representative from this company has contacted me.
